One plan from three parts.
One plan built from three parts that work together, so no decision is made in isolation.
Getting started.
Schedule a meeting.
A first conversation about where you are and what you want.
- It costs nothing, and we'll call you back within one business day.
- In person in Plantation, Florida, or by video.
Get your plan.
We build it around your numbers and walk you through it.
- One written plan: your investments, taxes, estate and giving.
- You'll see what we recommend, why, and what you pay, before you sign.
Put it to work.
We set it in motion and meet as your life changes.
- We set up the accounts and keep your CPA and attorney in the loop.
- Reviews on a schedule, and a note from us every month.
The formula we walk every new client through.
Wealth management is investment consulting, advanced planning and relationship management, added together. It is one page, and we go through it with every new client before we talk about anything else, because it is how the plan gets built.
Each part is built around your numbers. Because the three sit in one plan, no decision is made on its own: an investment choice is weighed against your taxes, your estate and your giving before it is made.
Investment consulting.
We manage every part of your investments to give you the best chance of reaching what matters to you.
- Performance: how your current portfolio has done, measured against what it was meant to do.
- Risk: how much your plan can carry, and how much you are comfortable with.
- Asset allocation: the mix of stocks, bonds and cash, set to your timeline.
- Costs: what each account and fund charges you, and whether it earns its keep.
- Taxes: which account holds what, so you keep more of the return.
- An investment policy statement: the rules for your portfolio, written down, so a bad week in the market is handled by the plan and not by the news.
Advanced planning.
The planning that sits around the portfolio: your taxes, your estate, the risks to what you have built, and your giving.
- Wealth enhancement: tax mitigation and cash flow. Which accounts to fund, which to draw from and when, so you keep more of what you earn.
- Wealth transfer: what you leave to the people you love, and how they receive it.
- Wealth protection: reducing the risks to what you have built, through legal structures and, where it makes sense, coverage. We do not sell insurance or earn commissions.
- Charitable giving: making the most of what you give, for the cause and for your taxes.
Relationship management.
One advisor who knows your situation, and the other professionals in your life kept in the loop.
- You work with the advisor who built your plan, through every step of it. You can text when the market has a bad week, and you will never be a number to us.
- Your CPA and attorney are part of the plan. We coordinate with the people you already trust, and when you need someone, we know people.
Wealth management.
Everything you've built, working toward your goals.
- The three parts added together: the portfolio, the planning around it, and the relationship that keeps it current.
- One written plan around your numbers, with your investments, taxes, estate and giving in it, built from the same three parts every time.
- No decision made on its own. An investment choice is weighed against your taxes, your estate and your giving before it is made.
Questions people ask.
The ones that come up in almost every first conversation.
What happens in the first meeting?
We talk about where you are and what you want: your income, your family, your timeline, and what you want your money to do. It costs nothing, in person in Plantation or by video, and you'll leave knowing whether we're a fit and what the next step would be.
How are you paid?
A fee based on the assets we manage, or a flat fee for planning. We don't sell annuities, insurance or commission products. You'll see exactly what you pay before you sign anything.
Do you work with my CPA and attorney?
Yes. If they're good, we work with them. We coordinate the plan with the people you already trust, and when you need someone, we know people.
Do I need to move all my accounts to work with you?
No. We can plan around accounts you keep elsewhere, like a workplace plan. We'll show you where bringing them together would help and where it wouldn't.
How often do we meet?
On a schedule, and in between when something touches your plan: a retirement date, a sale, a DROP exit, a new grandchild. You'll also hear from us every month with a note on the markets, Social Security, Medicare and the FRS.
Let's talk.
Tell us a little about where you are. We'll call you back within one business day, and the first conversation costs nothing.
